Barbara & Brian Quandt

We are not only lifetime residents of the Fort Wayne area, we have also:

  • Been assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs since 1987
  • Consistently ranked in the top 15% of Coldwell Banker agents nationally
  • Owned 7 homes before we became Realtors
  • Bought and remodeled many homes since
  • Been married for more than 34 years and raised 3 children who have given us 4 wonderful grandchildren
  • Grown in homes that our built by our fathers (both of our families had experiences of building homes)

Barbara

  • Also, she sang professionally for 12 years and still has one of the finest voices and styles that I have heard.
  • Barbara is also an excellent actress and from time to time contributes her talents to community theater.

Brian

  • I have always been involved in the housing industry. From tree forts to building new homes, I have enjoyed the design and construction processes.
  • I owned my own remodeling company for several years before I decided to become a full –time Realtor.
  • 15 years ago I convinced Barbara to also become a Realtor and compliment my strong points with hers’.
  • I enjoy this business and like the fact that Barbara and I have found that our combined talents have helped so many people

  • I hold degree in Digital Media and 10 Years experience in the field.
  • I am the Founder and Art Director of Fort Wayne Digital Media Production Group - fwdmp.com
  • I was born in Fort Wayne, but I have lived all across the country.
  • I have been heavily involved in promotion, planning, and performing in local music and art events over the last 5 years personally as well as with several non-profit organizations.
  • I am a father of two beautiful girls, 5 and 2 years old.
